Woodstock Road Flat

Complete refurbishment of a one bedroom studio flat in Finsbury Park, north London.

Overview

The client is a female who currently lives in Hertfordshire. She acquired the flat for work. She likes rich colours and properties with character.

The original layout made the flat even more petite, producing just one decent room at the front of the property. The side corridor was dark and dingy, with no access to natural light.

The flat will be used as a rental property eventually.

We placed the dinning table in front of the bay window, making the most of the natural light. The ceiling rose, mouldings and 50’s style chandelier bring more character to the property

Small but perfectly formed, the kitchen is open plan, with a mixture of cupboards and open storage.
